UX Strategist, Cookhouse Labs

November 2020

  • Participated in Cookhouse Labs Global Design Thinking Winter 2020 Hackathon. In a competition of 85 designers and leaders, my team created an insurance tool application integrated with a wearable biometiric to help users navigate the process of buying insurance with confidence and ease.

Cox Automotive   |   UX Architect 

December 2024 - Present

As a UX Architect at Cox Automotive, I lead the design and optimization of dealer-facing tools within the Dealer Management System (DMS), focusing on improving parts ordering, inventory management, and service scheduling workflows. By conducting user research and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and dealership stakeholders, I’ve streamlined complex processes, reducing errors and enhancing operational efficiency. Through a data-driven approach and continuous feedback loops, I’ve created intuitive, scalable solutions that improve dealer productivity and satisfaction.

General Motors   |   Product Designer

March 2022 - Sept. 2024

Designer for internal dealership facing CRM tool Showroom, as well as an end to end designer for a customer facing B2C tool for Cadillac. Full design process from research to mockups.

  • Managing and creating projects with a design team for the internal CRM tool Showroom. Maintaining weekly contact with product owners and stakeholders. Outlining and implementing a design thinking process for our product. Completing smaller feature requests as well as large scale research and entire product redesigns as we expand into the larger global GM market. Finally, presenting our design findings and ideas to the larger design studio for feedback and studio communication.

  • Designing on both web and native application for Cadillac global market. Working with the European, Japanese, Australia, and New Zealand market to expand and release new EV vehicles to new customers. We used user testing and surveys to identify the differentiations between the markets and designed with our specific customers in mind. Maintaining daily communication with the larger European team as well as the design system team for the application space.

  • Worked on responsive design work on 4 web based products.

  • Native application redesign, including reusable components built for the the larger GM vehicle space.

  • Additionally participated in the accessibility advocates committee, dedicated to review every design for A11Y standards

Accenture   |   Experience Designer

June 2021 - February 2022

Designing, innovating and providing the experience lens for the Global Talent and Organization & Leadership team, which supports 40K+ practitioners. 

  • Lead experience designer for an immersive learning and networking space. I designed the layout, themes, and interactions of a virtual reality platform focused on the CloudFirst community.

  • Prioritized and developed key personas for Talent Development and Talent Attraction efforts through data analytics, prioritization matrices, user survey insights, and user interviews. 

  • Surveyed and gathered insights from the ~7K IPS Change practitioners as part of a comprehensive needs assessment to identify key pain points and guide leadership with next steps for their team. 

Speedscale   |   User Experience Designer

Working as the sole designer at a SaaS B2B software engineering inspect tool. Designed to observe, analyze, replay and improve any API and backend connections. I worked on improving and advancing Speedscale’s interaction design for new potential clients. Assisting in the development of product design and strategy. Determining the customers’ ideal goals and providing the optimal work flow and information architecture to achieve them.

Designing and building a digital healthcare product from the ground up. Starting with the stakeholders’ defined target audience, I conducted research and interviews, which led to a defining AHA moment that shifted our product as we moved into design. I then led the team as we created a design system to improve cohesion in our prototyping. 

Hello Package   |   User Experience Designer

A SaaS B2B new product reached out for experts in their newest iterations. Our challenge presented was, how to connect their product with their users during a pandemic. I served as strategist and research designer in improving learnability, accessibility, and notifications within the application based on pain point prioritization and user engagement.
